HOW ARE DESIGNS CREATED/ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We respect the work of other customizers, so we will not duplicate work done by other artist. We start by designing your garment and providing you with a computer generated mock-up. Once you approve the design and make payment, we begin the production of your item. Every item we sell is customized by hand using specialized techniques and processes. After we're done, we coat the garment to resist water and protect the artwork.

WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS DO YOU CUSTOMIZE?

We customize tee-shirts, jeans, purses, sneakers, canvas shoes, boots and high heels. We do adult and children’s sizes. We can only assure durable work on leather, suede or canvas materials. Midsoles and soles (the rubber-like parts) cannot be customized at this time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Once I have received confirmation of order and payment, it takes 2-3 weeks to complete your order. Turnaround is also subject to season ordered. We will provide notification of completion with a tracking number when your shoes are done.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ITEMS TO BE CUSTOMIZED?

This depends on the garment. If the base item is available year round, we will obtain it (price of garment is added to the custom fee). If it is a specialty item or seasonal piece, I prefer that the customer supplies the item.

HOW ARE THE SHOES SHIPPED?

USPS Ground unless customer request expedited shipping. (this will cost a little more)
